9th-12th Course Enrollment Instructions

  • To enroll a student in a single course, please select the course from the table below and go through the checkout process. You will receive an invoice by email that you can upload to the Utah Fits All portal. Once 21stCent Ed receives notice that the invoice is in ‘Processing,’ we will send you your account and login information.
  • Single-course enrollments include one student account and one parent account.
  • Please add an “Additional Seat” to your cart to add additional student accounts if multiple children are going through the same course.
  • If you plan to enroll your student(s) in multiple courses, we recommend the Academy Subscription. A 9-12th Academy Subscription will give one student access to every course listed in the 9-12th Catalog.
  • Do not pick multiple courses if selecting an Academy Subscription. Your student will be automatically enrolled in all courses in that age grouping.

Enrollment Scenarios

  • Single Student, Single Course

James is interested in the Adobe CC Prep Course,. He chooses that course from the list below and proceeds to complete the checkout. Shortly after, he receives an invoice via email for the cost of the course, which is forwarded to Utah Fits All for approval. Upon approval, Utah Fits All informs 21stCentEd that the payment is being processed. Subsequently, 21stCentEd creates an account for James and an account for his parents where they can oversee his progress. James is added to the student forum where he can interact with other students taking the course. The Facilimentor sends James and his parents an introduction by email with instructions on how to access the course and next steps.

  • Multiple Students, Single Course

James has a brother who wants to take the course with him. His parents purchase an "additional seat" from the course catalog and when 21stCentEd creates the student accounts, they will create two individual accounts, so the brothers can work at their own pace and receive individual feedback from their Facilimentor. Each brother will receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of the course.

  • Single Student, Multiple Courses

Upon reviewing the catalog, James decides he wants to explore multiple courses from the 9th-12th Academy. By selecting the 9-12thAcademy Subscription from the catalog, James gets instant access to all High School courses for one year.

  • Multiple Students, Multiple Courses

James and his brother are both interested in exploring several courses from the 9th-12th grade catalog. To optimize their investment, James acquires a 9th-12th grade Subscription, and his brother opts for "additional seats" for the specific courses he's interested in. This strategy minimizes the expense by eliminating the need for a second full subscription.
